Petitions to repeal El Dorado County Ordinances 4970, severely limiting outdoor growing of medical marijuana, and 4971 that bans collectives of three or more patients (whether growing outdoors or indoors), are now in and ready to be signed by the voters of El Dorado County. We will be notifying those that have volunteered to collect signatures this week (starting January 29) and the petitions are available at the club, 4100 Cameron Park Dr. Suite 111, Cameron Park. Signers of these petitions must be registered to vote in El Dorado County, or can register at the time of signing. Also, you do not have to be a medical marijuana patient to sign these petitions. Stay tuned for some Frequently Asked Questions here. And, as always, you may call us with questions or directions - 530.677.5362.
