The El Dorado County Board of Supervisors are meeting on Tuesday, December 20 at 10:00 am to vote for an extension of the current moratorium on establishing new medical marijuana facilities or outdoor grows. We will try to have the referendum petition ready for distribution at the meeting. It will take only 7800 valid signatures of registered voters to require the Board of Supervisors to either hold an election within 88 days and put Ordinance 4968 up for a vote in El Dorado County or repeal the bad law and start over.
