| The California Board of Equalization has determined that medical marijuana sales are taxable and will seek back taxes. MMCA was issued a CA Seller's Permit in February 2004. Pricing here has always included sales tax, for example a $50 purchase amounts to $46.62 with a $3.38 tax. | |
