Judge Agrees With County, Prefers Black Market

El Dorado County Superior Court Judge Eddie T. Keller agreed today, December 19, 2008, with the position of the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors that, qualified medical marijuana patients in the unincorporated areas of El Dorado County that cannot grow their own supply of marijuana must either leave the area and drive to another municipality that chooses to be consitent with state law and allows licensed and taxed on-site retail sales or participate in El Dorado County's exstensive black market to purchase California voter approved medical marijuana.
